About Us

Will concurrently serves as the Distinguished Dennis Thompson Chair & Professor of Leadership in  the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. He also serves as the Director of the Office of Leadership Initiatives in the McColl School. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Development from The George Washington University. 

  John is a retired full Professor of Management Science and Information Systems in the McColl School of Business and former Chair of  the Information Systems Department at Queens University of Charlotte. Prior to his appointment at Queens University, he held academic positions at Eastern Kentucky University and then at UNC-Charlotte.

  Ron is a retired business school dean, most recently leading the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. He is a founding member and former chairman of the board of Ariel Savannah Angel Partners, LLC. He earned a Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Florida.
